My first cleaning went great. Gladys was very thorough and did everything I requested. The next cleaning i requested her again but she was unavailable so I got a replacement cleaner last weekend. I was very dissatisfied. She brought her teenage son with her who poked around through my stuff, there were tufts of cat fur left all over my carpets, and they moved things around unnecessarily. Some items were in their locations for a reason because I have back issues. I went downstairs to do laundry and they didnt even let me know they were done before they left. The topper was when I went to preheat my oven tonight and it started smoking because they had left the bottom covered with oven cleaner. I will stick with Gladys from now on. She was phenomenal and did not miss a thing. I initially left a one star rating because of how unhappy I was, but staff reached out to me first thing this morning and agreed to rectify the situation to my complete satisfaction. This is not a bad company and I do not not believe that my bad experience is a reflection on them or their overall quality of service. I will continue to use them and encourage others to do the same. Five stars for excellent customer service support.
